DESCRIPTION:Illinois Secure Choice is a state mandated retirement plan that requires employers in Illinois (with 25 or more employees and in business for 2 years) that currently don't offer a plan to join.  Specifics of the program will be presented by a panel with an opportunity for questions and answers.  \n\n \n\nImportant note: The employee threshold reduces to 15 this November 2022.  But the employee threshold reduces to  5 in November 2023.\n\n \n\nWe will discuss recent legislation that encourages employers to start 401(k) plans by making two tax credits available to offset costs.
