DESCRIPTION:The Village of Lombard\, in cooperation with Heartland Blood  Centers\, will hold its next community blood drive on September 15 at the Village  Hall Community Room from 1:30-7 p.m. This is the annual blood drive that  \ncommemorates the anniversary of September 11.\n All blood donors will  receive a coupon for a free pint of soft serve ice cream from Culver's  Restaurant in Lombard\, as well as a chance to redeem their cumulative blood  donations for a fleece pullover.\n Appointments are recommended but not  necessary. Donors may email Carol Bauer at bauerc@villageoflombard.org or call (630)  620-5712 to make an appointment.  All blood donors must have a photo I.D. to  donate blood.
