Barbara L. Yong is a former equity partner of the law firm of Golan|Christie|Taglia LLP.  Barbara is a powerful advocate for women’s rights generally and for pay equity specifically.  She is a frequent speaker on the Wage Gap. 14 years ago she single-handedly founded Equal Pay Day Chicago which holds an annual rally in the Daley Center Plaza on Equal Pay Day. Barbara will share the current wage gap statistics between women and men while giving us helpful tips of what we can do about eliminating it.
