Ms. Santee leads a district of 4 comprehensive high schools, 3 adult transition centers, and an opportunity school — serving 7,800 students across 45 square miles of DuPage County. With nearly three decades of experience in education, including roles as Principal of Glenbard South High School, Assistant Principal for Curriculum & Instruction, Department Chair, and classroom teacher, she brings deep insight into leadership and school culture. She holds two Master's degrees in Education and Leadership and is currently completing her doctoral dissertation on the impact of high school bell schedules on school culture.
