\n\n Get your spring cleaning started by bringing your old electronic items to College of DuPage on Saturday\, April 28th where they will be sent for proper recycling at no cost. \; Universal Recycling Technologies is the company we are working with to hold this environmentally-responsible event. \; They follows strict standards in order to maintain the coveted &ldquo\;E-Steward&rdquo\; certification. \; URT is committed to ensuring that all electronic items are either refurbished\, reused\, or recycled properly. \; At the end of the event\, they disburse a check to College of DuPage based on the amount of items that have been collected. \; The more items we collect\, the more proceeds that will be given to COD student clubs for volunteering at the event! \; Visit the COD website at www.cod.edu. \; Click on &ldquo\;Local Community Members&rdquo\; and then &ldquo\;Calendar&rdquo\; for more details. \; We look forward to seeing you there!

\n\n -Computer peripherals (monitors\, keyboards\, mice\, speakers\, power suppliers)
\n\n -Handheld devices (cell phones\, PDAs)
\n\n -Printers
\n\n -Fax machines/scanners
\n\n -Copy machines
\n\n -VCRs and DVD players
\n\n -Stereos

\n\n (Items with signs of free liquid discharge will not be accepted for safety purposes.)
