DESCRIPTION:Salsa\, Sabor y Salud is a a FREE bilingual wellness program (nutrition and physical activity) for Hispanic families offered by Tri-Town YMCA at Madison Elementary School\, Lombard. The program consists of multiple sessions and provides the same important information in Spanish to parents\, children 3-8 and children 9-12 in three separate groups. At the end of each session\, participants enjoy an interactive acitivity as a family. The program also includes a healthy snack and FREE childcare for children younger than 3 years of age.\n\n\n\nThe program is free\, but pre-registration is required: Call 630-629-9622\, Ext. 105 (bilingual)
