Entries must be received at participating BMO Harris Bank branches during the Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes open to residents of Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin, 18 years of age or older; except employees, officers, directors, representatives or agents of BMO Harris Bank N.A., Bank of Montreal, or their respective parents, equity holders, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families. Limit one (1) entry per person. Four (4) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. One (1) winner will receive the $10,000 grand prize, one (1) winner will receive the $5,000 first-place prize, one (1) winner will receive the $2,500 second-place prize, and one (1) winner
will receive the $1,000 third-place prize. Limit one (1) winner per household. Winners need not be present to win. Each winner will be notified of his or her winning entry by telephone or mail and will be instructed how to claim the prize in that communication. All applicable taxes and expenses associated with a prize are the responsibility of the winner. A prize may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged.
