The Lombard Historical Society will host a talk on historic women of Lombard at the Second Sunday History Talk on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at 2:00 pm. The presentation reflects on the phrase 'well-behaved women rarely make history' as the 'Women Behaving Badly' talk explores some of the more notable Lombardians of the female gender. The presentation is at the Sheldon Peck Homestead at 355 E. Parkside. It is free to members; a $5 suggested donation is asked of non-members. For more info, call 630-629-1885 or visit www.lombardhistory.org.
