Every day we are called upon to make decisions. Some are easy, like what’s for dinner. Some decisions are much more difficult and may have a major impact on our business. To make smart decisions we generally assume it takes intelligence, which we call IQ. Researchers are now finding that along with IQ we need to use EQ, known as emotional intelligence.
