The Lombard Historical Society is hosting a pig roast on Saturday, October 22 from 3-5pm at the Sheldon Peck Homestead. The pig roast is in conjunction with the Civil War Encampment weekend at the Lombard Common Sunken Garden.

Dinner will include pork, roll, chips, veggie side, and a drink. The Pig Roast is sponsored by anonymous donors and will be prepared by Lil’ Joe’s Catering from Lombard. Tickets to the Pig Roast are $15 for children under 10 and $20 for adults. You can purchase tickets at 20 West Liquors on St. Charles Road. Buy your tickets soon, only 100 will be sold.
