The Lombard Historical Society will pedal through the past for its next Second Sunday History Talk on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at 2pm starting at the Victorian Cottage Museum in Lombard. 
The tour is guided by local railroad historian Carl Shaver and the director of Lombard Town Center, Sarah Richardt. The estimated four mile round trip will cover a wide variety of sites and stories from railroad history to Little Orphan Annie to Lustron Homes.  Water breaks will be provided along the route and helmets will be required by all participants.
