For Classic Level and above, payment plan options are available - Click on JOIN on our website - in the drop down, select and download the Membership Installment Plan Agreement if you intend on using a payment plan. Completed agreements can be emailed to info@lombardchamber.com Please fill out all of the required fields, and any optional fields as you choose. You will be able to access these fields at a later time to complete your online presence on our website. There is a $40 New Member Set-up Fee. Installment payments will automatically be charged to your credit card approximately every 30 days. Membership becomes active when 1st installment is received. Because you will have full access to all benefits within your Membership Tier upon signing, there are no refunds and no early cancellations of the payment contract.
