Salsa, Sabor y Salud is a a FREE bilingual wellness program (nutrition and physical activity) for Hispanic families offered by Tri-Town YMCA at Madison Elementary School, Lombard. The program consists of multiple sessions and provides the same important information in Spanish to parents, children 3-8 and children 9-12 in three separate groups. At the end of each session, participants enjoy an interactive acitivity as a family. The program also includes a healthy snack and FREE childcare for children younger than 3 years of age.
